Remote login to your Rain computer by a licensed RainCare technician
Through a secure connection over the internet we can access your machine directly and have complete control of not just your mouse but every other function as well. A lot of support is not about hardware failure, it's about user error. RainCare Remote allows us not only to discover the problem but to also show you where you are going wrong and how to avoid it happening again - all on screen, in the comfort of your own home.
Your Security
RainCare Remote grants us full access to your computer. However, this can only be done by your request and with your permission. The connection is initiated by you and only available for the length of the session. Once the session has finished, the software that allows the connection to happen is automatically uninstalled so there is no way we could access your computer without your knowledge or approval.
